The training aims in the third year of financial and accounting sciences, majoring in: accounting and taxation, to train specialists in the field of accounting and taxation, given the transformations that accounting in Algeria and the need to adapt to international accounting standards and the transition to the financial accounting system, as this training allows students to be provided with various knowledge related to Modern accounting techniques and international accounting standards on the one hand, and various tax techniques on the other hand, and how to apply them in practice, in addition to linking the accounting and fiscal system to the reality of the modern international economy.

Target qualifications and competencies

The training in this specialization is intended for students who have successfully completed four semesters, two of which are in the first year with a common core in the field of commercial economics and management sciences, and two semesters related to the second year branch: accounting and financial sciences, since in order to obtain an academic bachelor's degree specializing in "accounting and fiscal" it is necessary From success in six academic semesters consisting of lectures and directed works on the various scales taught in this specialization, which consist of basic study units, methodological units and other exploratory units.

The sixth semester in which students prepare graduation notes on one of the accounting and taxation topics.

The degree obtained in this specialization includes many knowledge related to the financial and accounting aspects and the collection of institutions, which require adaptation to global and local economic changes. or at the level of knowledge implementation.

Training in the third year of an academic bachelor's degree specializing in "Accounting and Taxation" allows the preparation of managers in accounting and taxation in all institutions of a commercial, industrial, service and public institutions nature.

In general, the holder of this certificate is widely associated with the economic and commercial fields to which the concerned students are directed and related to the following:

Interests of a tax nature.

Certified accountants offices, accounting expertise offices and account holders.

Public and private economic institutions of an industrial and commercial nature.

Efficiency indicators for follow-up training and methods of evaluating students

Follow-up of educational units is compulsory and students' evaluation is as follows:

A final exam at the end of each semester.

Continuous monitoring of the knowledge acquired by students (written and oral questions, presentations, personal works, field research).)

Study end note.

• The duration of the final exam is an hour and a half, and it is evaluated on the basis of twenty points.

• The final course grade is calculated as follows: Course rate = final exam (2/3) + continuous supervision rate (1/3))

There is a catch-up course for students who did not succeed in the regular course
