semesters. In each semester, the student receives training for a set

30 credits. The fourth semester is devoted to the completion of a
memorandum evaluated by a committee of professors through public
discussion.

evaluation system is a hybrid between continuous evaluation and
evaluation through written examinations. The transition is made from
one year to the next when the semesters are acquired.

as advisors in municipal and state people’s councils, states’ and
