Enrollment in this master's degree is open to students who hold a Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Human Resources Management, Business Administration.

Training objectives

This configuration aims to :

Providing students with scientific and practical material in the field of human resource management..

- Contribute to the integration of modern management methods in human resource management..

- Meet the needs of the economic sector of qualified personnel.

- Preparing students to continue training in the third phase (PhD)

Targeted business profiles and skills :

This training allows the student to acquire five levels of competencies.

Mastering practical tools, basic techniques and methods in the field of human resource management.

Familiarity with theories, models and concepts of human resource management.

The ability to critically analyze the internal and external environment of the organization, means, techniques, methods and theories.

Ability to lead projects in human resource management.

The ability to develop new process models and manage the human resources function.

Regional and national capacities capable of employing university degree holders

The possibility of employment is available at the level of all organizations with different activities, such as productive and service economic institutions, as well as public administrations.

Bridges towards other disciplines:

This training allows to enroll in a doctorate in many disciplines in the course of management sciences (human resources management, business, administration)

Efficiency indicators for training follow-up:

** Students are evaluated as follows:

A final exam at the end of each semester.

- Continuous monitoring of the knowledge acquired by students (written and oral questions, presentations, personal works, field research).

The duration of the final exam is an hour and a half, and it is evaluated on the basis of twenty points.

The final course grade is calculated as follows:

Subject average = final exam (2/3) + continuous supervision rate (1/3)

There is a catch-up course for students who did not succeed in the regular course.
