The training in the master’s degree in law aims at deepening and consolidating the knowledge that covers all the basic branches of a specialization in law: public law, business law, family law..., and this is a preparation for the student’s entry into a more specialized research space in the doctoral stage.

The study is organized in the master’s stage in the form of four (04) semesters. In each semester, the student receives training for a set of materials organized within the framework of educational units (basic, exploratory, methodological and horizontal). Each hexagon has 30 credits. The fourth semester is devoted to the completion of a memorandum evaluated by a committee of professors through public discussion.

The evaluation system is a hybrid between continuous evaluation and evaluation through written examinations. The transition is made from one year to the next when the semesters are acquired.

Holders of a master's degree in law can be employed in all public administrations at all levels, and they can also be employed in the administrative aspect in the public and private economic sectors. They can also work in various judicial professions (such as law, judiciary, documentation) However, each specialty can be more employable in the sector regulated by the branch of law in which it specializes. A master’s degree in business law, for example, is more applicable in the economic sector and commercial.
