This academic bachelor's degree allows for the acquisition of basic knowledge in the field of human resources management, which opens the way for pursuing in-depth studies in the master's and doctoral degrees. Although it primarily provides general training, it also provides the opportunity for students to acquire practical and applied capabilities (internships) that allow them to occupy positions related to the administrative management of individuals and the strategic planning of human resources at the level of productive or service economic institutions, as well as at the level of public administrations.

Controlling the modern methods and tools used in the field of human resources management, whether it is related to the administrative management of individuals or the discretionary management of human resources.

The possibility of employment is available at the level of all organizations with different activities, such as productive and service economic institutions, as well as public administrations.


Efficiency indicators for follow-up training and methods of evaluating students


Follow-up of educational units is compulsory and students' evaluation is as follows:

A final exam at the end of each semester.

Continuous monitoring of the knowledge acquired by students (written and oral questions, presentations, personal works, field research).)

Study end note.

The duration of the final exam is an hour and a half, and it is evaluated on the basis of twenty points.

The final course grade is calculated as follows: Course rate = final exam (2/3) + continuous supervision rate (1/3))

There is a catch-up course for students who did not succeed in the regular course.
