Preparing the student to integrate into university and research life, and to explore the fields of training in which he is involved, in order to form a comprehensive view of the nature of training and its path in the bachelor's degree.

This specialization is an important branch of critical studies, as it is concerned with training students in order to understand and assimilate literary critical approaches in their various stages of development, from the pre-Islamic Greek, Roman and Arab antiquity, and the stage of early Islam and beyond until the age of decadence, renaissance, modernity and post-modernity.

This specialization aims to train the student during his graduation in the bachelor's degree in order to raise the level of critical sense in his reading of ancient and modern literary texts, and reading them in the light of various critical approaches.

As well as adapting the reading of texts to keep pace with the requirements of the modern era and its various cultural problems.
