The Master of Counseling and Guidance allows the acquisition of psychological and educational guidance and counseling techniques for the various groups concerned within the various educational, educational and social institutions, which express the need for this directly or indirectly

This specialization also aims to prepare theoretical models inspired by the practical practice of the counseling and guidance processes, and to adopt them in helping individuals adapt to the various fields with which they interact constantly, such as: the family. School, educational and training institutions, private institutions for different groups, society.

On the other hand, it aims to compare the various methodological approaches and scientific theories with the results of practical field experiments in all fields that constitute the interaction of individuals with their surroundings.

Therefore, this academic master aims to :

Employing the theoretical and applied skills gained from theoretical and applied training in the field of counseling and psychological guidance in helping individuals to use their cognitive and psychological capacities and potentials in adapting to their own characteristics and the various formal and informal institutions to which they belong and constitute an area of continuous interaction with them.

- Directing individuals to overcome realistic and pathological psychological and social problems and difficulties in order to liberate and open them up by developing their abilities to overcome and confront these difficulties.

- Helping individuals discover their various abilities and convincing them of the possibility of using them to adapt to the environment in which they live

- Developing the capabilities of individuals and employing them in solving problems that people constantly face.

Proposing alternative solutions to help overcome psychological, social and cultural difficulties

- Helping individuals adapt their mental, cognitive and psychological abilities to achieve mental health and social conditioning

This Master aims precisely at the following :

Acquisition of professional skills and competencies for students of education sciences who are interested in practicing counseling and psychological guidance activities
The program contains a theoretical, methodological and technical training adapted to the requirements of professional practice in the field of counseling and psychological and educational guidance and all the resulting responsibilities.
Training psychological counselors and mentors who are able to apply the curricula and methods of counseling that help individuals to adapt to various fields, depending on the skills gained from theoretical and applied training.
Responsible for different groups of talented people and special needs, and help other groups to live properly and healthy in society.
Helping individuals guide them towards paths that suit their abilities
