The program is aimed at professionals with a third-level degree, preferably in the broad field of administration. For professionals with a third-level degree with a degree in other fields of knowledge, they must include two (2) years of professional experience in levels of direction, management, general administration, coordination, planning and other activities related to digital transformation in companies.


The Master's program in digital business transformation is designed to achieve the following learning outcomes and professional competencies:


  • Ability to manage the digital transformation of businesses and to use planning instruments such as the roadmap for its implementation.
  • Understands current and future technological trends such as: big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, internet of things, cloud systems, data analytics and their potential application in companies, as well as the impact of these technologies on company processes and activities and in the business model.
  • Ability to manage the change to a digital culture in the company and create in people an environment favorable to the use of new technologies and changes in the business model.
  • Ability to manage digital transformation in company processes such as: sales channels, marketing, supply chain, etc., through the use of new technologies.
  • Ability to manage digital projects in planning, control and project execution activities on products and services, through the use of techniques such as design thinking and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to use data analytics and the use of new technologies to drive the improvement of the customer experience, digital innovation, and the improvement of products and services in the company.
  • Ability to use business intelligence software techniques and tools such as Power BI to visualize, compare and analyze data.
  • Ability to use research techniques, developing the most appropriate approach or methodological technique for the research objectives, both diagnostic and evaluation.
