This program aims: To introduce students with the applied fields of practice of the profession of psychologist (in the fields of health, organizations/institutions, education, law, etc.);
- This program aim:To equip students with the main and basic knowledge for any genuine field of Psychology;
- To introduce students with the main theories of human development and human personality by being able to master their views on these developments;
- To train the students in understanding, explaining and analyzing different social dynamics, functions, phenomena and behaviors;
- To equip students with basic knowledge in the fields of health psychology, cognitive, clinical and mental health, treatment of mental health issues through counseling and psychotherapy, etc .;
- To help student in understanding the principles of scientific research in the field of Psychology;
- To equip with the basic knowledge of professional ethical principles to practice professional standards of ethical behavior in the application of the science of Psychology;
- To promote critical thinking through the creation, development and transmission of knowledge, contributing to the increasingly distinct and professional profiling of the profession of psychologist in Albanian society;
- To transmit the basic competencies in the field of psychological studies to enable the deepening of knowledge and skills in the study of further cycles of specializations.

"The admission is possible for any candidate who has successfully completed the secondary education cycle. Entry into higher education is achieved through an online application at the national level.
The application is open to all candidates who have successfully completed secondary education and meet the following conditions:
a. are equipped with the legal documentation of completion of secondary education;
b. meet the criterion of the average grade, defined by DCM for the respective academic year.
Candidates are evaluated with points on the online system (www.ualbania.al) based on the criteria met set for admission to the respective study program by HEIs themselves, on the evaluation they have had during the secondary education and the program they applied, based on the official selection system.
