This study program aims to: Prepare students for a career as experts or specialists in public organizations, at the central or local level. Provide expansion and specialization of theoretical knowledge and skills for advanced and independent scientific research in the field of public administration. Develop the necessary skills to identify and investigate critical challenges in public organizations, to analyze how these organizations deal with each challenge, and to design theories and implement policies and programs that provide solutions to challenges and create public value. Integrate in-depth scientific knowledge with practical skills in the field of public administration. To develop analytical and methodological skills in students, enabling them to analyze and answer the questions raised in Public Organizations, in the contemporary contexts where they are developed. The criteria for accepting students in the Master of Science in Public Administration (MSHAP) study program will be students who have completed bachelor studies according to the following preferences: 1.a Bachelor in Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, UT. 2.b Bachelor in other branches of the Faculty of Economics, UT. Bachelor's degrees in the field of economics and business as well as in public administration of other faculties of public and non-public universities, local and foreign, will be accepted, after they have been recognized according to the legislation in force. Students who have earned a BSc in Social and Philological Sciences, Political Science, Law and Agri-business from the faculties of public and non-public universities, local and foreign, will be accepted. In all these cases, the admission of students requires prior recognition according to the relevant rules. To have at least B1 level (proved with the relevant document) one of the foreign languages of the European Union countries
