Integrated study program of the second cycle, with 120 credits and with a normal duration of two academic years. Studies in this program are concluded with a thesis and students are awarded a Master's degree in Civil Sciences. The Civil Law subject includes all legal-civil provisions with it which social relations of a property nature are regulated or which in in the last instance, they take on a property character, but they exist in the middle private persons. Civil law – the general part, including treatment in a contemporary manner of general principles for relations legal civil and institutions that are common to all civil legal relations.

Each base unit must determine admission quotas, admission criteria and selection of successful applicants no later than December 10 of the preceding calendar year, for all study programs it offers. If a study program is offered by 2 or more departments, the criteria are determined by the departments that offer the program in cooperation with each other. In case of disputes, the determining factor is the department covering the largest teaching load of the respective program. If the other department does not agree with the criteria, it has the right to appeal to the dean's office. The dean's office decides after hearing the arguments of both departments. The dean's decision is final. 2. Within December 20 of each year, the UT Academic Senate approves the proposal for admission quotas in each faculty, evidencing the admission quotas, together with the necessary information for the relevant faculty and the programs it offers. 3. Each main unit has the duty to make public the criteria determined by the department
