completion of the Bachelor of History study program, a graduate is able to:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of the nature and objectives of history as a
scientific discipline, including awareness of the complexities of the past
and historical data; 2. Interpret historical facts and events, identify
arguments in historical data and evaluate them critically; 3. Possess
knowledge about certain historical contexts, analyze historical sources and
understand how historians interpret the past. 4. Develop the ability to
communicate historical knowledge, for clear interpretations and arguments
presented in writing and in oral presentations as well as in the use of
research/research sources. Upon completion of the study program

State Graduation/ matura is a system
regarding final exams that young people take at the end of their secondary
education in Albania. It is a national exam system necessary to enter a
University/proper faculty and respective program, according to the test
results and respective quotas for a certain university program.

To be admitted to the Bachelor's study program in "History", the student must have one of the following degrees: - State Matura Diploma; - High school diploma (general or specialized) (old system); - Vocational high school diploma (5-year); - Diploma of secondary education, obtained abroad, recognized and equivalent to the above diplomas by the Ministry of Education and Sports. The student to be accepted and eligible for enrolling in the study program "Bachelor" in History should have one of the listed diplomas: - State Matura Diploma; - Diploma of high school (general or profiled) (old system); - High school professional diploma, 5 years; - High school diplomas earned outside Albania recognized and evaluated as equivalent with the diplomas mentioned above by the Albanian Ministry of Education and Sports.
