The "Master of Science in Cultural Heritage" study program of DATK is based on a curriculum with interdisciplinary content aimed at a comprehensive preparation of young professionals in the field of Cultural Heritage. even during the following years, the national strategies, especially of tourism and culture, and the needs that have been addressed for the development of educational programs and support with expertise in the field of tourism and cultural heritage, have been considered essential. DAKT remains in constant contact with line ministries such as that of Culture and Tourism and the Environment, consults and is informed about the premises of the development of the potentials of Cultural Heritage and Tourism as one of the most important economic assets of the country. In this way, through the consideration of the documents for the National Strategy of Culture and the National Strategy of Tourism, the preservation and protection of the Cultural Heritage, the promotion of its values, the increase of public interest in cultural programs, and the design of an educational platform through the institutions of TK it best shows a very friendly and motivating national recruitment strategy that emphasizes the need for extensive activation of experts and specialists in TK. The National Strategy and the National Strategy of Tourism evidence a significant increase in employment levels in the field of tourism since 2015. Above all, this strategic plan addresses the ongoing need for education and training of workers in the tourism sector so that the service offered be as professional as possible. DAKT has taken care that, in consideration of this strategy, it orients students towards the Master of Science in Cultural Heritage program. DATK maintains constant contact with alumni students and they are part of the promotion of the department, invited to scientific activities or collaborations. Another important aspect has been the involvement of the department's students in the practices or trainings of the institutions where DATK alumni work today. From the data collected by DAKK on the real employment of students, it results that a good part of them, almost 35% of graduate students are currently employed in state and private institutions of Archeology and Cultural Heritage. DAKT is also part of the organization of career days and Philology (FHF) organizes the counseling and career week in a program that introduces students to the demands of the labor market and offers training on how to build a CV or write motivation letters. , or even guidance and counseling regarding preparation for job interviews, the importance of volunteering and internships or even creative and innovative ideas for starting free enterprises.
