"The goal of the PhD program is to encourage doctoral students to advance their research in the field of philosophy.                                                                                                                                                                                           - Intervention of researchers to solve some problems related to the requirements of the rule of law in our country, comparing with experiences and studies of countries in the region and beyond in this field. - Not only theoretical in-depths in philosophy, but also influential in the opinion-making of a society like the Albanian one, promoting the convergence and discourse of Western European mindsets among researchers. - Promotion of democratization processes such as; citizens' participation in decisions about the community, human rights as a tendency to get closer to the individual and not just a generalization, the cultivation of an open and debating and critical mind, the development of skills for participation in the public space, the role of community mechanisms and individuals in shaping a democratic culture, etc. - Academic scientific research in work practices and social policy, for the needs of the department, FSHS and UT or Universities that offer Philosophy programs. Different philosophical theories, but especially its conceptual, imaginative and discursive practices, produce a specific type of influence on organizations, actions and social re-evaluations. These differences also affect the Albanian reality, which is particularly rich in this regard."
