Through the BA+MPA program, students may complete a BA in Urban Studies and a Master of Public Administration through the Levin College of Urban Affairs in five years, instead of the six academic years normally required of full-time students. High performing undergraduate students may apply to the 5-year program during the third year of undergraduate study and, if accepted, complete MPA coursework during the fourth year and a transition term.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must have Cumulative secondary school GPA equivalent to a 2.3 on the US grading scale for most programs.  Other English language Requirements: TOEFL paper-based exam: 525; Successful completion of CSU's IELP (Intensive English Language Program) Advanced Level, with a grade of 80% or better and passing COMPASS ESL scores. Completion of English language studies (Level 112) from any of the ELS Language Centers. Achieve a score of C (Pass) or better on the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE).
