The Faculty of Law at KTO Karatay University provides education in the TOBB Law Faculty Building, where modern and Seljuk architecture meet. The faculty has two divisions — Public Law (Constitutional Law, General Public Law, International Law, Administrative Law, Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, Philosophy of Law and History of Law) and Private Law (Civil Law, Roman Law, Commercial Law, Law of Civil Procedure and Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Private International Law, Labour and Social Security Law). Students can observe real court hearings at the Konya Courthouse, the closest law faculty to a courthouse in Turkey. The "Observation in Law Project" allows students to work with cooperating attorneys during semester breaks. The Law Development Society organizes a traditional "Parliament Simulation" event where students from across Turkey gain experience in legislative processes. The employment rate of graduates during their education and within the first year after graduation is 100%, with 89% working in their field. The program ranks 15th nationwide and 11th among private universities in Turkey according to the ÜniAr Graduate Satisfaction Report.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must hold a recognized high school diploma with a minimum passing grade as specified per country (generally 55–60%). Required documents for pre-registration: high school diploma or proof of final year enrollment (with English or Turkish translation), official high school transcript (stamped and signed, with official translation), document confirming that high school education is formal (not online/distance), national or international exam result document if applicable (valid for 2 years), criminal record (officially certified), bank receipt for scholarship exam fee (500 TRY), and application pre-registration deposit fee (500 USD, non-refundable). Required documents for final registration: original high school diploma (notarized, in English or Turkish), equivalence certificate from the Turkish Ministry of National Education, criminal record (notarized), official transcript (notarized), passport photo page copy, 2 biometric photos, tuition fee payment receipt.
