The Master consists of 60 credits that are developed in an academic year, so that the subjects that make up the first 24 credits ( Fundamentals ) are mandatory. The specialty consists of 18 optional credits. The Final Master's Thesis (TFM) and the External Internships can be carried out throughout the year. The student must choose one of the two optional modules (module II or module III). Each of the specialty modules make up the two itineraries offered:  Management of tourism companies  and  Planning of tourist destinations. This last module includes the UNESCO module, which integrates, in a multidisciplinary way and throughout all the subjects, themes and seminars whose objective is the "Tourist Management of World Heritage Sites". The UNESCO module is part of the UNITWIN Network of Universities and UNECO Chairs on “Tourism, Culture and Development”. The subject called "Study cases on World Heritage sites and cities" is made up of a set of seminars on: management, interpretation, marketing and advertising image of World Heritage sites and cities, which complement the rest of the subjects of the module III.

PostgraduateTo study at postgraduate level, you must have either a degree obtained from a Spanish university or an equivalent qualification. Applicants from within the European Higher Education Area must present the following documents:

  • Passport or equivalent identity document
  • Official academic certificate
  • University degree

Applicants from outside of the European Higher Education Area must also provide a certificate proving their previous studies qualify them for postgraduate study in their own country. This should be provided by the university you originally studied at.
