Once the four years in which the degree is structured have been completed, the student will have acquired an interdisciplinary and comprehensive knowledge of labor relations and human resource management that will enable him or her to be properly inserted in the different professional fields to which it is directed.


The dynamics of labour relations, currently increased by a context of profound crisis and changes in the model of labor relations, does not prevent the identification of different areas of intervention in which they can carry out their work. future graduates and graduates in labor relations and human resources. These areas are the following:


  • Directors or senior technicians of human resources in the management staff of companies, directly responsible for the policies of management and administration of human resources.
  • Liberal professionals who are experts in legal-labour advice, in the organization of work and production, as well as in the representation of collective and professional interests both in the private sphere and in public administration.
  • Experts in the field of labor policies promoted by the public administration as responsible for local, regional, national social and labor policies.
  • Social and labor consultants and/or auditors. This field addresses, through a systematic, orderly and independent analysis, the entire system of relationships that derive from the work factor within the productive units or organizations, in order to determine its adequacy to the generally accepted organizational principles, with the policies established by the address and with any other type of legal requirements or voluntarily accepted.
  • Professionals specialized in facing the challenges and opportunities implied by productive restructuring processes, changes in the structure of markets, European integration and the contributions of new approaches in the world of work and the organization of employment.
  • Professionals with the ability to join multidisciplinary teams, in the field of advice, consulting or companies.
