Students who choose to take the Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Audiovisual and Multimedia Systems will begin by studying the fundamentals of Information and Communication Technologies, to later specialize in audiovisual and multimedia information, rigorously and systematically studying their generation (equipment of audio and video, design of recording studios, coding formats –mp3, jpeg, … -), transmission (communication networks, digital television and radio broadcasting, internet services for multimedia information) and storage (cd's and dvd's technology, storage servers,.. . ), as well as their integration with other telecommunication technologies. In this way, it will be achieved that the professionals who obtain the degree in Engineering in Audiovisual and Multimedia Systems constitute in the future a necessary base for the operation of all the institutions, either from within them or as part of companies that generate or offer advanced services of communications and multimedia digital content.
