Building Project and Construction Management:

Knowledge for the conception, planning, and execution of new buildings, as well as interventions in existing buildings, considering technical, artistic, human, and economic factors. Understanding of building project methodology and construction management, including the direction and administration of building projects.

Urban Planning, Sociology, and the City:

Knowledge of various urban planning instruments and their technical, artistic, social, and management development methods. Design, planning, and execution of urban spaces, gardens, industrial zones, and, in general, land use planning across different scales, considering technical, human, artistic, and economic factors.

Architecture, Business, and Management:

Understanding both the regulations governing the architecture profession and the organization and management of professional activity. Knowledge of property management, appraisal systems, and real estate valuation. Knowledge of economics and business management essential for developing professional and entrepreneurial activities. Insight into the architect’s ability to expand employment opportunities. Familiarity with current legislation and the functioning of Professional Associations.

Construction, Structural Calculation, and Materials:

Knowledge of the factors that impact building construction, urban planning, and, in general, the planning and execution of spaces and their technical solutions. Understanding of materials, geotechnics, design and calculation of structures, design and calculation of installations, building pathology, rehabilitation, and heritage management.

Design, Art, and Space:

Knowledge of the history of art and architecture. Familiarity with graphic techniques and resources for spatial conception and representation, both real and virtual: from analytical and conceptual drawing (idea stage) to final technical representation (for execution) or communicative representation (for competition or client presentation). Knowledge of design in general and graphic design in particular and its application in architecture. Conception of exhibition spaces, scenography, and ephemeral architecture.
