Applicants must also meet the following program requirements:
Satisfy undergraduate course requirements of principles of macroeconomics (ECON 201), principles of microeconomics (ECON 202), economic statistics (ECON 310), calculus (MATH 119 or 120), or equivalents with grades of at least B- in each.
Conditional Admission
Conditional admission may be granted to those who show promise of success in this master’s program but fail to meet one or more of the admission requirements listed above. Conditionally admitted students must overcome specified deficiencies to have their status changed to degree admission. No more than 12 hours of graduate coursework in economics taken by a student on conditional status may be counted toward the degree.
