Every day, cybercriminals exploit the speed, convenience and anonymity of the internet to commit crimes such as phishing, password cracking and ransomware attacks. Cybercrime is on the rise, yet globally there’s a shortfall of more than three million cybersecurity professionals due to a lack of skilled graduates. With demand projected to grow by a further 35 per cent in the next five years, the need for qualified experts has never been greater.

The Bachelor of Cyber Security will equip you with the skills to meet the growing demand for experts capable of tackling current and emerging cybercrime challenges. You’ll have access to our $10 million Cyber Security Hub – a space where academia, industry and government join forces to address real-world challenges. This collaboration ensures your learning is informed by the latest developments and that you’re well-prepared for the workforce. You’ll also be mentored by experts with more than 100 years’ combined experience – including specialists in AI, cyber defence and online fraud prevention – and be exposed to cutting-edge research across computing, engineering, business, criminology, law and psychology.
