The overall purpose of the program is twofold. On the one hand, to help the student acquire in-depth knowledge in the field of specialization through (a) attending advanced pedagogical courses, (b) studying relevant literature, and (c) interacting with Faculty Members and other students. On the other hand, the program aims to cultivate research skills through (a) attending specialized quantitative and qualitative research courses, (b) undertaking small-scale research within the context of the various courses and/or preparing a Master's Thesis, (c) participating in research-based seminars/conferences. In general, the overall purpose of the program is to help the student become a thinking individual and a scientific educator.

Admission Requirements

The minimum requirement for admission to the postgraduate study program is a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.


Additionally, prospective students must meet the following admission criteria:


  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Certified Copy of Degree.
  • Certified Copy of Detailed Academic Transcript.
  • Statement of Personal Goals and Research Interests (approximately 2 pages) – A letter that will mention the candidate's individual abilities and potential, his/her CV, as well as his/her expectations from the program and the way in which it will help him/her in his/her personal development and career development.
