This Accounting and Finance course will equip students with the relevant skills and knowledge to pursue a career in accountancy, finance, banking and a wide range of management roles. It has been designed specifically to provide students with maximum exemptions from internationally recognised accounting professional body examinations. In addition to the academic studies, students will also be trained in the use of accounting software, analytical skills and report writing and further employability skills which will enable them to better adapt to the rapidly changing environment of work. The University of Wolverhampton has recently partnered with ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in their Accelerate programme which allows final year students an accelerated path to ACCA membership, enhanced career prospects, discounted fees, access to the global ACCA community to provide practical assistance with studies and future career.
