Physics involves exploring, experimenting and theorising, with all the scientific topics as its playground.  A physicist seeks to answer questions of the universe. To do so, he/she relies on a broad toolkit, from complex simulations run by computer codes to simple models based on a mathematical idea. The foundation year (Level 3 modules) will develop students’ study and analytical skills in preparation for their future study in physics and develop an understanding of the knowledge which underpins the subject.
