This course uses knowledge of the human mind and our behaviour as a basis to investigate fundamental organisational functions, such as human resource management, finance, marketing, strategy and technology. Students will learn how psychological theories and research can be applied successfully to: recruit, select and assess employees; change organisations; train and motivate people; develop individuals’ careers. This programme is accredited by the Association for Business Psychology (the degree does not lead to Graduate Basis for Chartership with the British Psychological Society).
