Birkbeck's BSc International Business brings you up to date with the rapidly changing environments in which multinational enterprises operate and in which local businesses achieve international reach.
Designed to meet the buoyant demand for more international business graduates, this degree provides you with a solid foundation for a career in a multinational company or in a company engaged in international business. You will deepen your knowledge of a broad range of management issues in key areas, including:
- international strategic management
- marketing
- finance and operations management
- human resource management
- accounting
- managerial economics.
This international business degree attracts students from both the public and private sectors, including administrators and managers, as well as entrepreneurs and the self-employed. Because it is taught entirely in the evening, you can combine your academic studies with other daytime commitments, including work, volunteering and interning, and other personal commitments.
