On this MSc Organizational Governance and Sustainability you will study the complex and changing relationships between business corporations, their stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers) and the societies in which they operate.

Join us as we examine how the economic and financial aspects of organisational governance relationships have long been of concern to those in the business and investment communities. We will also investigate how, in recent years, the social, political and moral aspects of these relationships have also become a major public concern, as has the sustainability of organisations and the societies and environments within which they operate and are embedded.

This course allows you to engage critically with the policy aspects of organisational governance and sustainability. It is ideal if you are keen to be professionally involved in:

  • the direction and regulation of private, public and third sector organisations
  • the management or trusteeship of pension and other investment funds
  • the field of organisational, social and environmental sustainability.

The MSc Organizational Governance and Sustainability combines coursework and independent research leading to a dissertation in which you will be able to  demonstrate your originality and creativity and  follow your interests in this area.
