The aim of the Midwifery Thesis Master's Program is to train expert midwives who increase their advanced midwifery basic knowledge and skills with professional leadership skills and work with a holistic approach in cooperation with the team in midwifery practices. Those who successfully complete the thesis Master's program can work as expert midwives. They can be appointed to research assistant or lecturer positions in private and public universities, provided that they are successful in the Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Exam (ALES) and foreign language exams. They can continue their postgraduate education by applying to doctoral programs and advance their academic careers.
