The Fast-Track Program for Adults lets students earn their undergraduate degree at an accelerated pace while balancing work and family commitments. Courses in the Fast-Track program are conveniently offered on-campus, online, and in ?hybrid? mode (combining face-to-face meetings and online interactions). Courses are eight weeks in length, allowing adult students to reduce the time it takes to earn their bachelor?s degree. The Fast-Track Program for Adults helps students age 24 and over earns their degree while maintaining important commitments to work and family. This program gives students the opportunity, in conjunction with an academic advisor, to create an academic program tailored to their specific interests. Working with an advisor and with the approval of the Assistant Dean of the College of Professional Studies, students may choose up to four academic areas in which to complete 48 semester hours of coursework. Careful selection of academic areas will allow students to craft a program of study that fits their long-term career goals. The Interdisciplinary Studies program will be designed in a conference between the student and the academic advisor and be approved by the College of Professional Studies Assistant Dean. The major program consists of a minimum of 48 semester hours. At least 33 semester hours must be at the 200 level and above; of these, at least 15 semester hours must be at the 300 level, of which 9 semester hours must be at Roosevelt.
