The Fast-Track Program for Adults lets students earn their undergraduate degree at an accelerated pace while balancing work and family commitments. Courses in the Fast-Track program are conveniently offered on-campus, online, and in ?hybrid? mode (combining face-to-face meetings and online interactions). Courses are eight weeks in length, allowing adult students to reduce the time it takes to earn their bachelor?s degree. The Fast-Track Program for Adults helps students age 24 and over earn their degree while maintaining important Commitments to work and family. The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications (OrgComm) major examines the complex communication behavior which occurs in both large and small organizations. Students will prepare for careers in management, personnel, human relations, and training and consulting. Coursework centers on analyzing organizations and making recommendations for improvements using different types and levels of communication. The interdisciplinary approach in this major prepares students to understand and contribute to the infrastructure which drives organizations.
