The master's degree in Social and Labour Rights offers specialised training in the field of labour law and social security. The contents of the master's degree enable you to receive adequate training in all professional fields of social and labour relations, as well as to develop a quality research career which can be further developed through PhD programmes. Labour and social protection laws, as a discipline, requires qualified research personnel with abilities in perfecting regulations, formulating interpretation proposals and adapting them in coordination with social and labour laws at supra-state and international level. These objectives are possible thanks to a rigorous approach from a theoretical and practical perspective of the Spanish legal system, with the aim of expanding it to include international students. Training in the professionally oriented profile is completed with external work placements in law firms, consultancy firms and human resource departments, as well as in other professional collaborating entities.
