The Human Resources Management Department aims to train the human resources managers of the future. In the first stage of the 4-year education, the student is supported with trainings on general management, and then trainings on human resources planning, job analysis, selection and placement of human resources, wage management, performance evaluation, career management, labor and social security law, occupational health and safety are provided. In elective courses, emphasis is placed on theoretical and applied courses (English, Communication, Design, Economics, etc.) in which students can improve themselves. In addition, there are opportunities to gain different experiences at home and abroad with Erasmus, Farabi and Mevlana programs. In addition, our students are supported with consultancy services regarding internship and job opportunities.
