The Department of English Language and Literature consists of faculty members who have the necessary knowledge and skills, can make objective evaluations, and desire to transfer their knowledge and experience to their students. The mission of the Department of English Language and Literature is to educate multi-faceted individuals having foreign language conscious who are fluent in English language, literature and Western culture in our country and region by subjecting them to English language, culture and literature. In this context, it is aimed to improve the language skills of individuals who can present their ideas in international platforms and who can argue and form an intercultural link that complies with the requirements of the era.
