Objectives assigned at the training doctoral of the training doctoral sociology
Objective related to the training of trainers : Given the large number of sociology Master's students, this doctoral training aims, at AVERAGE term, to form future teacher-researchers in that Faculty, everything in watching to have them supported within the deadlines set by the supervisory authority. through the program of training diversified and that respond to the approaches current in the sector, and thanks to a competent pedagogical team, we have the ambition to train doctoral students able to maintain pedagogical relations. Objectives related to the research :
-Given the changes our country is going through, and given the specificities of the region of Bejaia, the research in the domain of the social and human science is of undeniable importance and is becoming more and more importante. - Proposed research topics by the teachers of the sector, will be in adequacy with the socio-economic demand in terms of research, as an example we can cite the entrepreneurial phenomenon and to the creation of SMEs in the region of Bejaia. -The backing laboratory offers an opportunity for doctoral students to acquire a experience in the field of research, through ongoing research projects as well as the organization of scientific events, conferences, seminars and study days. - One of the objectives set by the training team is to ensure quality supervision, which puts the doctoral student in direct contact with subjects that reflect local concerns, while deepening and highlighting the panoply of methods and techniques that they have already used during the preparation of their end-of-cycle dissertation with the aim of introducing them to research. -We let's try also to incite the future searcher at adopt and to master the Steps quality in his research undertaken which meets the requirements of research in his field, after having introduced him to research by preparing his end-of-cycle dissertation with a view to obtaining the Master's degree in his respective specialty .
