Objectives assigned at the training doctoral of the training doctoral STAPS :
Objectives related to the training of trainers : The major objective of that training, is to form in urgency teachers who can guarantee education of quality in the domain of the STAPS at the university of Bejaia. This department which has been operating since its creation in 2009 with a large majority of teachers contractors . It should also be noted that training at the STAPS department in Bejaia is taught exclusively in French, which reduces the chances of recruiting teachers permanent, at the moment where lessons (Classes/ TP and TD) in the other STAPS are insured in Arabic language. Our attention is to offer at the end of the doctoral training, a real specialization to the doctoral students, as much in the context of STAPS, as in the context of Physical Activities and Sports. That training will allow to the doctoral students ; - To acquire knowledge and experiences of specificities of teaching and educational problematiques. - Develop their educational knowledge and skills and didactic indispensable at the occupation of the teacher in the university environment, school,... - Design of the circumstances educational (of teaching) adapted to the different levels of convenient, in the frame of a project educative; - Conduct and animate the educational sequences with students of different levels, aiming the practice of physical activities and sports in an educative aim ; Objectives related to the research : This training aims essentially to enable doctoral students to familiarize themselves with scientist research; in the domain of the STAPS with a multidisciplinary approach and, to integrate the different fields of science around the objects of study who are the practice of body and sports. The programs are developed, of way watchful and thoughtful through the CFDs, with the purpose to reinforce the specialization disciplinary and to develop their knowledge and skills of doctoral students in academic research. The content revolves around of two shutters complementary: • Training scientist adequate to the discipline : Education and motor skills. • Production scientist: communications during the conferences, publications of articles, Thesis PhD...
