The main purpose of the Master, Hydraulic Structures and Facilities option, is to train executives in the field of hydraulic structures and facilities in which we find: the design of earth and concrete dams, the calculation of hill reservoirs, the calculation of facilities hydraulic systems (different types of spillways, water intakes, outlets, water towers, reservoirs, etc.), integrated watershed management, water resource management, water and the environment, water and sustainable development, protection and preservation of the environment, etc. The educational objective is to provide learners with solid technical and scientific knowledge on the development of water resources, to provide them with solid tools for the integrated management of these water resources. The achievement of this objective is based on a concerted scientific approach and a strong relationship with the socio-economic world. On the scientific level, research in the field of hydraulics and the environment opens up a vast field for the concretization and enhancement of academic training by being part of the major current scientific themes in relation to sustainable development, the environment, the management of natural resources and the city.
