Doctoral training at the University of Bejaia aims primarily to align it with other Algerian universities by providing it with doctoral training. Moreover, the University of Bejaia works with many temporary workers, due to a lack of specialists in the field. It seems urgent to us to train doctors who can provide quality education. The research carried out within the framework of doctoral training transmits a critical, rational, rigorous spirit which will enable all doctoral students, whatever their future employment, to be able to ensure their function correctly.
Objectives related to the training of trainers: - Teaching at the university level; - Supervise research activities; - Contribute to the development and renewal of practices in psychology; - Train researchers capable of contributing creatively to the advancement of current research in psychology
Objectives related to research: - Pursue original research independently; - Contribute substantially and directly, through their own work, to the advancement of knowledge in psychology; - Develop and test new research tools
