The main purpose of the Master, Urban Hydraulics option, is to train executives in the field of urban hydraulics which encompasses several axes including: the design of drinking water supply networks, the design of sanitation networks, the sizing drinking water treatment plants, sizing of wastewater treatment plants, integrated management of watersheds, management of water resources, water and the environment, water and sustainable development, protection and the preservation of the environment…etc. As part of this master's degree, the aim is to train high-level executives specialized in the management of water resources, that is to say, capable of implementing a systematic method for a sustainable and integrated exploitation, a distribution and a monitoring the use of water resources according to the social and economic context and development objectives. The achievement of this objective is based on a concerted scientific approach and a strong relationship with the socio-economic world. On the scientific level, research in the field of hydraulics and the environment opens up a vast field for the concretization and enhancement of academic training by being part of the major current scientific themes in relation to sustainable development, the environment, the management of natural resources and the city.
