This is a presentation of training in the third cycle to obtain a doctorate degree for the academic. This training addresses male and female students of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences from the University of Bejaia, in addition to holders of a master's degree in the same disciplines or in similar tracks from others universities, provided that the pedagogical track is approved by the doctoral training committee. 

Training in the third phase to obtain a doctorate degree aims to provide the candidates with experience to enable them to supervise senior positions in higher education institutions and various sectors of economic and socialactivity.

The accredited specializations allow expanding the scope of training, so that it includes many research areas covering public law (administrative law, and general business law) as well as private law and criminal sciences (in-depth civil law, commercial law, business law, criminal law and criminal sciences).
