The purpose of this formation is to respond to the challenges posed by the lack of water resources, in the face of growing demand and pollution increasingly accentuated by economic activity. This doctoral formation aims to contribute to the strengthening of national skills in the field of hydraulics and water and environmental engineering. This formation through research allows you to: - Deepen the knowledge and analytical skills of doctoral students and prepare them for ongoing scientific research and higher education; - Provide doctoral students with the fundamental knowledge necessary for the conduct of their research work and the preparation of their thesis; This doctoral training is backed by the LRHAE laboratory. The latter is a Research Laboratory in Applied Hydraulics and Environment of the Department of Hydraulics of the University of Bejaia. It has skills in environmental engineering mobilized to meet the challenges and objectives of the country. It is important to point out that it is important to match the paths of innovation and development of solutions to the various problems faced by the water sector. The first action can only be done by scientific research where its tool can only be a student selected for his skills, as for the second action, it necessarily passes through the interaction University - water sector represented here by the National Office for Sanitation (ONA) and the National Agency for Dams and Transfers (ANBT).
