The field of telecommunications is a strategic field and one of the major pillars for the human and economic development of a nation. It is therefore important to have sufficient human resources capable of ensuring the training of competent graduates who will contribute to the economic development of our country. The objective of this doctoral study is to contribute to creating the necessary human resources capable of meeting the needs related to the training and supervision of graduates intended for the economic and industrial development of our country. This training will also certainly contribute to the development of our department in particular and our university in general. During their training, young doctoral students will be able to: 1. To enrich and deepen the knowledge acquired during the first and second cycles. 2. - Acquire and master: o The means of communication, o Information and communication technologies (ICT), o Techniques of expression as well as the defense of intellectual property, etc. o Gradually integrate into professional life in higher education and scientific research. The research methodology that we will implement will contribute to: - Allow doctoral students to learn and master the methodology and research tools. - Learn to read and write scientific articles. - Knowledge and mastery of tools for implementing, developing and validating research results (simulation, implementation, etc.); - Show the importance of teamwork; - Learn to write relevant scientific reports (research reports, theses, booklets etc...);
