The proposed doctoral training aims to give learners a solid and balanced knowledge and to provide them with complements in direct contact with the evolution of science and techniques in the field of building materials in general. It aims in particular to promote doctoral research by recycling landfill waste in the field of civil engineering, by offering a broad and diversified conceptual framework, combining experimentation, observation of results and modelling. It is therefore sought through research projects linked to this training; a rewarding outcome for bulky waste in the first place and its reuse in more ecological building materials with low energy consumption.This training offer will provide essential knowledge for studies on the preservation of the environment. It aims, through high-level teaching (courses, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.) and through laboratory research, to train specialists in the disciplinary fields relating to the field of materials in Civil Engineering.On the other hand, this training is oriented towards the specialty materials in Civil Engineering and whose main axis is the durability of materials in general. The objective of the training is to provide solid theoretical foundations which make it possible to go back to the macroscopic mechanical consequences of the degradation of the material.
