scientific methods to solve complex problems encountered in the business and
management of large systems of people, machinery and resources in industry,
commerce and administration. The development of logistic and telecommunication
networks creates specific and complex problems due to routing, congestion,
location, coverage, etc... Our Master proposes to study and provide
mathematical modelling of these problems, to provide suitable resolution
methods and to evaluate their performances.
The aim of this master’s degree is to train
managers and engineers capable of applying and developing operational research
methods and tools in the following areas:
1. Optimization and evaluation of network
performances (telecommunications, informatics, sensor networks, transport and
logistics).
