This training aims to ensure the qualification of future psychologists involved in the world of work. It allows students to be trained in the tools necessary to be able to effectively address work-related problems such as human resources management, skills assessment and professional orientation, occupational health and safety, work organization , or the management of organizational change. It prepares psychologists who are destined for the "Human Resources" function in the broad sense (Personnel Service, Training Service, Consulting firm, Assessment Centre, Working Conditions Service, etc.) in the public and private, industrial and other sectors. The master's training in Organizational Work Psychology and Resource Management aims to deepen knowledge and the acquisition of skills based on the content of the specialization program: Labor legislation, HRM and training, Work analyzes and of communications, Psychosociology and management of organizations, Psychopathologies of work, Negotiation and social relations, Remuneration and classifications, Legal context, Economic context.
