The superiority of the Women's Studies Master's Program is its multidisciplinary approach to solving various problems related to gender, disability, and social inclusion. This study program has two interests, namely gender and disability. The Women's Studies Master's Program seeks to answer the empirical needs of society, executives, and decision makers regarding gender mainstreaming policies. Lectures in this study program discuss strategic issues centered on gender roles in all aspects of life, namely social, political, cultural, economic, religious, government, science, and technology policies, such as communication, globalization, and democracy. The Women's Studies Master's Program accepts students from a variety of study backgrounds who are interested in developing their understanding of women's lives, feminist theory, gender equality, and disability. The curriculum used is the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum, which can be taken for a minimum of three semesters. The curriculum being developed is expected to produce graduates who have competencies, including as experts in the fields of gender studies, women's empowerment, and disabilities. The lecture methods used are hybrid learning, seminars, guest lectures, project-based learning, and case-based learning. This study program has two paths or classes, namely regular 1 and 2.
