Applicants must submit the following documents: • Official graduation confirmation addressed to the Postgraduate Studies Division • Certificates of passing the National Competency Exams • If the applicant is currently employed, an official letter of non-objection from their workplace is required.
The application period is determined according to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The application is submitted electronically through the system approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Master’s program: 3,750,000 IQD per year • Ph.D. program: 4,500,000 IQD per year
These certificates can be obtained by applying to the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Mosul or at other centers in universities across Iraq.
