The Master of Arts in Social Service Management Programme is a one-year full time programme that enhances the managerial competence of social service personnel through quality postgraduate education. The curriculum covers an extensive array of social service management topics, including contemporary organisational theories, strategic planning, human resources management, financial management and programme evaluation. For a Taught Master’s Programme other than the Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive M.B.A.) Programme, the applicant shall have:
graduated from a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class or achieving an average grade of not lower than “B”; or
completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
