The learning outcomes of this Master of Divinity programme are:
- To acquire a wide range of knowledge about Christianity;
- To develop good critical thinking and self-reflection abilities and holistic personal development;
- To qualify for the credentials of leadership roles in the church, the Christian community and society.
In addition to the general requirements(link is external) of the Graduate School, applicants should:
- present letters of recommendation from an official of their churches and from an undergraduate/postgraduate teacher or the department of university concerned;
- submit a letter of purpose of study (around 1,000 words); and
- have been baptized for at least two years prior to admission.

Admission Requirements
For a Taught Master’s Programme other than the Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive M.B.A.) Programme, the applicant shall have:
- graduated from a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class or achieving an average grade of not lower than “B”; or
- completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
