The Master of Science in Cardiology Programme aims to develop your interest in cardiology and advance your knowledge in clinical care of cardiac patients. It is designed for professionals who want to pursue a career in clinical cardiology. Students will gain essential and up-to-date knowledge and skills needed for the daily management of cardiac patients in diverse settings.
It is a two-year part-time taught master programme delivering through lectures, workshops, interactive case presentation and discussion, prescribed self-study readings and multi-media videos.
There are three terms each academic year, starting from September to June. The programme runs on a modular basis and students will take the pre-assigned course in each term.

Admission Requirements
For a Taught Master’s Programme other than the Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive M.B.A.) Programme, the applicant shall have:
- graduated from a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class or achieving an average grade of not lower than “B”; or
- completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School, applicants should have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in a health care or medical discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent, plus one year working experience.
